The Primer

Ryze Above is a culmination of trials, tribulations, lessons learned and practices I acquired up to the new age of 34. My book is divided into three parts, in which you can learn more about as you browse my page. These three chapters came from a phrase I would say to myself when I dealt with some of the hardest parts of my metamorphosis and will now become my theory. Ryze above is essentially my autobiography, and a primer for you to start partaking in the same mental and physical exercises that I underwent to rise above.

BE REAL

Similarly to the the Jungian primer, my book serves a similar purpose but you first have to get past the gate keeper, your shadow. The shadow, also being the devil on your shoulder or lower self, an aspect of your personality that we try to repress. The more we repress painful memories, traumas the more it manifests in other aspects of our lives. In the first main chapter Be Real of my book I encourage you to meet your shadow self head on by taking inventory of your personal values and goals.

BE RELENTLESS

After addressing your shadow we then move to the next second main chapter, Be Relentless, where I take my personal studies of flow, which helped me shift my mindset and opened me up to infinite possibilities of living my true authentic life.

RYZE ABOVE

In the last main chapter Ryze above, I took all that I learned about myself and begin constructing my true authentic life at the age of 34. At last, I reached the 5th dimension, arriving at the 5th dimension is the reason I created my life coaching business, after finishing my primer, I realized that I was not the only author of my book and that I would've have not unlocked these new revelations without having a community.

Ryze Above is both the continuation and the dynamic portion of my book. Ryze was created for those who seek to continually grow and receive insights and other perspectives that will bring them closer to the truest forms of themselves.
